He was exposed to music and painting from his childhood.
Fifteen years ago, while performing music, he began creating Ukiyoe paintings arranged in a modern style.
(He named it Modern Ukiyoe.)
His style has gradually gained him more and more fans, and he has had successful exhibitions not only in Japan but also abroad.
Currently, he is also involved in designing labels for Japanese whiskey and various store designs (mainly in Japan, the U.S., and Spain), in addition to his paintings.
